Few places around the globe offer the world of choices that travellers can experience in Guatemala, from the cobblestone streets of colonial Antigua, the stunning beauty of volcano-ringed Lake Atitlan, solemn Maya ruins to rugged rain-forest adventure.  Closer than you might have imagined, Guatemala is worlds away.

Day 1

San Pedro Sula / Copan

Meet and greet at San Pedro Sula airport and transfer to Copan Ruinas (approximately 3.5 hours by road).

Day 2

Copan Ruinas

After breakfast, you will visit the Main Archaeological Site, the Maya Sculpture Museum and Las Sepulturas, the only resotred Maya residential area. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will have the choice between three tours: horseback riding, Tropical Bird Park or the Butterfly Farm. Overnight in Copan.

Day 3

Copan / Quirigua / Linvingston

After breakfast, departure to Quirigua in Guatemala. There you will visit the main archaeological site. Then, you will continue the trip to Rio Dulce where you will take a boat to Livingston. This trip will bring you face to face with many wildlife animals such as: monkeys, toucans and Parrots.

Day 4

Livingston / Rio Dulce / Flores

After breakfast, transfer to Rio Dulce where you will continue your trip to Flores. In the afternoon, you will arrive and check-in at your hotel in Flores. Overnight in Flores.

Day 5

Tikal

After breakfast, full day tour to the magnificent Tikal Archaeological site, nestled in the dense jungle of the Peten. Overnight in Flores.

Day 6

Tikal / Xunantunish Belize

After breakfast, transfer to the border between Belize and Guatemala called Melchor de Mencos. After crossing the border, you will continue your journey and visit the Xunantunish archaeological site, located 13Km west of San Ignacio. Xunantunish was the first major Mayan ruin in Belize to be excavated and made available for public viewing. Overnight in San Ignacio.

Day 7

San Ignacio / Caracol / San Ignacio

In the morning, transfer to an archaeological site called Caracol, the largest Mayan ruin site in Belize. Archaeologists estimate that Caracol consisted of 35,000 buildings. Overnight in San Ignacio.

San Ignacio / Belize City

After breakfast transfer to the International Airport of Belize.
